Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the main point of contact between the customer, the distributor, and our internal teams. You guide each project from start to finish to ensure its successful completion while meeting expectations, timelines, and our quality standards.

Through your listening skills, organization, and solution-oriented mindset, you directly contribute to delivering a smooth, professional, and reassuring customer experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and distributor requests throughout the entire project;
  • Ensure clear and proactive communication between all stakeholders;
  • Coordinate project stages with internal teams;
  • Complete the necessary follow-ups to keep projects on schedule;
  • Confirm the information, needs, and specific requirements of each file;
  • Anticipate potential issues and quickly propose appropriate solutions;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation;
  • Ensure every customer receives service that reflects the quality of our work.
