Measurement and Installation:

Details:
Information: The main questions regarding the choice of your custom made counter, such as the colour and type of edge, should be decided prior to our first visit for taking the measurements for the template.
Taking Out the Existing Counters: All existing counters, backsplashes, taps, sinks, cooking surfaces and household appliances must have been removed prior to the arrival of the measurer.
Cabinets: It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that his cabinets have been sturdily fixed to the walls and floors. The customer must also make sure that the floors and existing cabinets can carry the weight of the new counter.
New Sinks, Taps and Household Appliances: All items related to the counter MUST be on the premises at the time of measurement. Absolutely no change shall be accepted once the measurements have been taken. These items include the sinks, taps, soap dispensers, handsprays, cooking surfaces, ranges, steamers, etc.
Appointments Time: Appointments for measurement and installation are given according to the customer’s availabilities and preferences. A precise time for the appointments cannot be given. At the request of the customer we will contact him/her one (1) hour prior to our visit. The work will be done during normal working days and hours, that is from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Cancellation: Any cancellation of an appointment for measurement must be done one (1) working day prior to the day of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation of an appointment for installation must be done three (3) working days prior to the day of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation can be easily done by contacting Granit Design directly.
