Installation-Helper

We are currently seeking to add an installation helper to our teams on the road.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Follow instructions as provided by the team leader;
  • Install surfaces at our customers with professionalism and care;
  • Perform any other installation-related task when required or when requested by the team leader.

We are seeking someone with the following qualities & skills :

  • High school diploma completed
  • Years of experience related to the field (an asset)
  • Be available to be on the road and sleep away from home for a night on occasion
Electromechanic

To contribute to the company’s growth, Granit Design is currently seeking to fill the position of Electromechanic that is looking to grow within an innovative team.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Ensure optimal performance of equipment and CNC machines by performing preventive and corrective maintenance;
  • Intervene on machine shutdowns, perform breakdown diagnostics and resolve issues;
  • Collaborate in improving our maintenance management system
  • Participate in problem resolutions and the Health & Safety Committee
  • Any other related task.

We are seeking someone with the following qualities & skills :

  • Professional training in automated system electromechanics or industrial maintenance
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience on CNC Machines
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • Knowledge in electronics (an asset)
  • Type C licence – non-construction electrician (an asset)

Main Responsibilities :

  • Plan production shutdowns for all interventions;
  • Ensure that work is done according to Health & Safety practices;
  • Create projects or minor modifications;
  • Oversee preventive maintenance routes on production lines and equipment;
  • Any other related task;

We are seeking someone with the following qualities & skills :

  • Professional training in automated system electromechanics or in industrial maintenance or combination of equivalent experience & training
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Experience on CNC machines

HR DIRECTOR

3D DESIGNER – PREPROD TEAM

  • Design custom project plans;
  • Evaluate the quantity and the material’s caracteristics for fabrication & production;
  • Analyze and question the pre-production process, and identify continuous improvement opportunities;
  • Create and document pre-productionmethods & procedures;
  • Clarify internal communications regarding service-calls;
  • Create fabrication process step sequencing;
  • Establish project launch order in shop;
  • Balance shop capacity in ERP system;
  • Communicate to production any changes to methods in order to diminish non-compliance situations;
  • Audit special projects before distributing to pre-production team;
  • Collaborate with departments, production and customer service;
  • Optimize material usage by twinning similar projects.

We seek someone who has the following qualities & skills :

  • College degree in mechanical engineering or DEP in industrial design
  • 5 years experience in similar functions (design & production support)
  • Experience in a fabrication facility (asset)
  • Positive leadership and attentive to the team’s needs

Financial Analyst

Under the Financial Controller’s responsibility, the Financial Analyst is responsible of the accounting operations and of various tasks performed by the financial team. The Financial Analyst also prepares required information to establish financial statements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform end of month entries, adjustments, and account analysis to provide financial statements that are complete and accurate;
  • Support the financial controller to analyze the results and update the management’s dashboard;
  • Proceed to financial process analysis and optimization to increase efficiency;
  • Perform implementation and execution of internal audits;
  • Offer clerical support to various levels for the accounting department.

Account Manager

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur du service client, vous contribuez au succès de GRANITDESIGN par les façons suivantes :

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop a strong relationship between Granit Design and partners;
  • Inform/ accompany/ guide partners through different projects, products and challenges;
  • Communicate efficiently the different requirements of a project to internal team members;
  • Play a proactive role in finding solutions to siguations and offer alternatives that are suited to the situation;
  • Identify business opportunities to participate in the partner-account’s growth;
  • Ensure project coordination with our partner’s customers until completion;
  • Work in tight collaboration with sales representatives to propose training opportunities to our partner designers.

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

  • Have a monthly meeting with sales representatives to do a follow-up on distribution partners – goals – opportunities;
  • Validate, suggest and guide partners through the quoting process, whether it be financial (added value options) or technical (fabrication, possibilities and limitations);
  • Provide additional information regarding products and programs;
  • Accompany the partner and his customer during the process of colour changes due to sourcing issues;
  • Enter the order in the ERP system (seek missing information with the partners, bring the partners to use our tools, send order confirmations and ensure that confirmation signatures are received);
  • Send updated weekly reports to partners;
  • Contact our partner’s customers to schedule templating;
  • Manage service calls when required on completed projects;
  • Coordinate with sales representatives the different showroom projects;
  • Offer support to colleagues for any customer service related task.

POLISHER

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
